Organisation name and description of their aims: Baskervilles Gymnastics and Fitness Centre, the main aims of Baskevilles Gym is to
'The main part of our work is with children and we specialise in offering competitive and non-competitive gymnastics training'.
Job title: Gymnastics Coach
Main roles/responsibilites of the job: Coaches gymnasts of the ages 6 - 8years and 7 - 10years, Chris is also in charge of training Junior Assistants and demonstrators by running a course which consists of on the sport training and appraisals.
He also ensures that gymnasts have sufficient BAGA insurance (gymnasts need this insurance otherwise they cannot participate in Gymnastics).
Impact / outcomes on youth involved in sport in the area: Baskervilles Gym gets more children involved in sport, ages ranging from 18months old and up. This can be either competitive or non-competitive Gymnastics.
The under 8 gymnasts will work on things such as rollsand core strength, conditioning etc meanwhile over 8's will work on the floor creating sequences and performing flips.
The gym also provide programmes to improve fitness and flexibility to all participants.

Main roles/responsibilites of the job: Mark Gunning is responsible to organise and help run events for a family of schools (mainly primary schools) with other schools, either competing against other schools or a competition between the pupils within 1 specific school.
Impact / outcomes on youth involved in sport in the area: This actively introduces and involves more primary school pupils to sport, this can include a wide variety of sports ranging from, Football to Badminton.

Name: Simon ScarboroughOrganisation name and description of their aims: Culverhay School is an 11 to 19 specialist Maths and Computing School for boys, located on the south side of Bath. They can be characterised as ‘A small school with big ambitions’, both for the students who attend the school now, and for the future.Job title: Head of P.EMain roles/responsibilities of job: Mr. Scarborough teaches P.E, leads the P.E team/staff, helps run extra curriculum activities (Clubs/lunch/after school) and helps decide on what sports will be available for the yearly curriculum.Impact/outcomes on youth involved in sport in the area: Personally I have gained alot from sport which has been organised taught during P.E lessons, things such as; confidence, fitness and lifestyle, socialising with others, the chance to play competitive sport whilst being introduced and taught with a wide varietyof sports that.
These experiences will be handed out to many people who come through the school and participate in the sport available.

Main roles / responsibilities of job: The main role of the job is to to coach a variety of different age groups and to ensure they get the highest standard of coaching and training, Dan also ensures that the participants are safe, correct kit and footwear and safe from people not involved with the session.
Impact / outcomes on youth involved in sport in the area: Allow the children of bath to get a professional coach to teach them the rules and skills of football and how to improve them as a sporting player.

Main roles/responsibilties of job: Dave Burston is responsible for developing links with partners such as; LEA, Sport and Active Lifestyles, , County Sports Partnerships (WESPORT) and other local partners to increase participation in sport.
